Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Timelines
We partner with top-tier couriers (Aramex, SMSA, DHL) to ensure fast delivery across the region.
- UAE (Major Cities): 1-2 Business Days
- UAE (Remote Areas): 2-4 Business Days
- Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2-3 Business Days
- Saudi Arabia (Rest of Kingdom): 3-5 Business Days
Note: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are processed the same day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the weight of the package and the destination city. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout via the API.
Standard Rate: Starts at AED 15.00 / SAR 20.00 for the first 0.5kg.
3. Return Policy (For Your Customers)
As a reseller, you need to know how to handle returns. We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace it free of charge.
- Wrong Item Sent: We will arrange a pickup and send the correct item immediately.
- Change of Mind: Accepted within 7 days if the item is unopened and in original packaging. Return shipping fees apply (deducted from your wallet).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support COD in UAE and KSA. However, please note:
- If a customer refuses a COD order, the shipping fee + return fee will be deducted from your reseller wallet.
- Funds collected via COD are credited to your wallet 7 days after delivery (to account for the return window).
